Privacy Policy

When you create an account we collect your email address and your name. If you sign up with email and password, you give us these directly. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us.

As you use Saktus we store what you create so the app works: timetable entries, flashcards, exams, focus timer sessions, and streaks. We also store your time zone so your study days line up with your local clock.

We only use the Google account information listed above to create your Saktus account and sign you in. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts.

Saktus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below that help us run Saktus.

You can remove Saktus from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your timetable, flashcard decks, and study activity are private by default. If you join a study room or add friends, only those people can see your current study status and the weekly study time you choose to share.

We use your information to run Saktus, keep your account secure, send account emails (such as confirmation and password reset), and fix problems. We never sell your personal information or study history to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service. They process data only to do that job:

• Supabase for sign-in and database storage.
• Cloudflare for hosting and delivery.
• Resend for sending account and notification emails.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete decks and schedule entries yourself. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email support@saktus.xyz from the address on your account and we will remove it.
